**Surcharge is calculated at $50/hour outside of home service area plus 70 cents/mile.
To ensure a seamless setup, please confirm the following with your venue or event site.  

Requirements:
  • Trailer Access: Our covered 6' x 12' trailer needs to be able to get within 100 feet of the booth's final setup location.
  • Space: A dedicated, level space measuring at least 8' x 12' with 10' of overhead clearance.
  • Access: Ground-level or ramp access is required; we cannot navigate stairs.
  • Setup Time: We need 1 hour of uninterrupted access to the site prior to your event's start time for a proper setup.
  • Event Type: We specialize in corporate and large-scale private events and are unable to accommodate residential bookings.
